FIELD: nonferrous metallurgy industry; methods of the statistical control over the quality of the electrodes production.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to nonferrous metallurgy, mainly, to production of aluminum by the electrolysis, in particular, to production of the electrode products in the form of the anode mass or the burnt anodes. The technical result of the invention is improvement of the quality of electrode products. The method provides for in the real time to control the risks, i.e. in the running time to determine the potential risks of all technological processes of repartitions, including operation of the equipment. Then, it is necessary to select the technological processes and the equipment having the greatest deviations in operation, and to apply only to them the urgent correcting actions for reduction of the deviations. Then, it is necessary in the automated mode to determine the dependence of the defects of the electrode products on the critical parameters of the technological process repartitions and operation of the equipment machinery and to take the correcting actions to the caused by the system reasons. Besides it also is offered to use the risks control unit, which makes it possible to calculate the values of the potential number of the risks of the technological parameters from the various plan measures conducted in compliance with the different programs. Finally all these measures influence the deviations (variations) of the quality indexes, the technological parameters and the equipment failures. Application of the method has allowed to diminish the effect of the variations of the technological parameters on all the repartitions by 15 - 30 %.
EFFECT: the invention ensures reduction of the deviations of the technological parameters on all the repartitions by fifteen-thirty percent.
