FIELD: sanitation and epidemic control of industrial regions. SUBSTANCE: method involves selecting different ecological zones by programmed processing of spectrozonal copies of regions obtained from orbital complexes, with copies of control industrial grounds being included; evaluating ecological situation by using resultant vector of technogenic loads of state of five media: atmospheric air, soil, water, geological medium and flora, which provides integral evaluation of state of "atmosphere-underlying surface" system. Method further involves converting analog data of object spectral luminance into digital matrices with following processing of data in accordance with algorithm taking into account correlation of chromatic coefficients and coordinating image with geographic coordinates.
