SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of processing images. Disclosed is a method of processing images, wherein the ground line is determined on the original image. The method of processing images involves adjusting the slope of the original colour image in order to form a first image; determining the set of presumed ground lines on the first image; and determining the ground line on the original colour image based on at least one change in colour and change in texture in the direction of the Y axis of the set of presumed ground lines.
EFFECT: high rate and quality when preparing three-dimensional images owing to accurate determination of ground lines.
