FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dairy industry, in particular - to equipment for thermal treatment of milk and cultured milk products preparation. The device includes a thermally insulated vessel 1 fitted out with an inlet/release valve and equipped with a detachable lid 2 with a mixer 4 with lobes 5 and heating elements 6,7, an electric motor 13 with a drive 14, a pipe coil 20 with cocks 21,22 for cooling medium delivery and discharge; located inside the detachable lid 2 rim 3 in a ring pipeline 16 the perforated wall whereof is positioned flush with the rim 3 inner surface. Positioned on the lid 2 is the microbial mass delivery device 19 with bactericidal lamps 15 placed inside the lid 2 body, their irradiation flux penetrating into the vessel 1 through a safety glass window. Installed between the lobe 5 and the upper cylindrical part of the mixer 4 is a thermal insulation gasket 26; in the mixer 4 lower part a projection 8 is arranged positioned inside the plug 9 of the bracket 10 rigidly connected to the 1 vessel bottom; the device is fitted out with a control unit and telethermometers 23.

EFFECT: invention allows to improve cultured milk product quality, reduce the design material and energy intensity, enhance the device reliability.
