FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to vascular surgery. What is involved is radio-frequency ablation of vascular malformations to coagulated tissue resistance of 350-600 Ohm. Thermal exposure is generated by an ultrasound-aided needle electrode for 3-15 sec. The electrode is inserted from one prick in more than one directions or from more than one pricks.
EFFECT: method reduces injuries accompanying treating vascular malformations.
