SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to dentistry. Device for atraumatic teeth extraction includes active wire element from material with shape memory effect, fixing device of effort application, made with possibility of fixation on tooth, projected from jaw, and fixation of middle section of active wire element and supporting fixing devices. Supporting fixing devices are made with possibility of fixing terminal sections of active wire element on supporting teeth of one dentition, between which in the same dentition tooth, protruding from jaw is located. Active wire element is made with possibility of bending on middle section from initial shape for value not less than the value of required vertical tooth movement. Tooth is protruding from jaw in direction, opposite to direction of required vertical movement with fixation of active wire element on supporting teeth and tooth, protruding from jaw, during installation of device for atraumatic teeth extraction into oral cavity. Fixing device of effort application includes fixing element, fastened on protruding tooth, and elements of fixation, made on fixing element on different levels on the vertical. Each of fixing elements is made with possibility of fixation of middle section of active wire element independent on other element of fixation.

EFFECT: due to little trauma, claimed device can be used for extraction of teeth in patients which have contraindications against extraction of teeth by traditional methods, in particular, patients with hemophilia, thrombocytopenia, dentophobia, a number of neurological diseases, diabetes mellitus, etc.
