FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dentistry, and aims at preserving alveolar bone tissue in case of crown defect. After local infiltration anaesthesia is performed, an impression is taken by a direct method to make a temporary plastic structure, which is a horizontal support for tooth extrusion. Thereafter, the movable crown part is removed. Then the changed tooth tissues are machined with a turbine tip. Thereafter, the soft tissues of the tooth are isolated with a polytetrafluoroethylene tape. Then, for mechanical fixation of the fiberglass pin and subsequent creation of the tooth pin, the tooth cavity is filled with a fluid composite material. Thereafter, a temporary plastic structure is made by a direct method using a previously taken cast. Further, a transdental channel is formed for positioning the glass fibre pin. Then the fiberglass pin and the temporary plastic structure are placed on the adjacent abutment teeth, fixed with a fluid composite material, and then the rubber rods are fixed. Then the tooth is fixed to the temporary plastic structure, then, 2 days later, after the tooth is advanced to the specified parameters, the tooth is fixed to the temporary plastic structure with a fluid composite material, in 2 weeks, the crown part of the tooth is segmented, a repeated transdental approach is created apical to the previous position, fiberglass pin is fixed and rubber rods are fixed until complete non-traumatic removal of tooth root from alveoli.

EFFECT: method due to transdental tooth extrusion without using osteoplastic materials and absence of additional stages of surgical treatment allows to reduce time interval of planned treatment, preserve and prepare alveolar bone tissue for implantation and reduce further risks and complications.
