FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions involves an orthodontic separating wire and an orthodontic system, refers to medicine and is applicable in orthodontic dentistry for bimaxillary protrusion correction. The orthodontic separating wire applying an orthodontic force to front teeth in order to correct the bimaxillary protrusion comprises a lingual arch wire, an eruption wire and a pair of support wires. The lingual arch wire is curved after a front arch to adjust to a lingual side of the front teeth. The eruption wire is mounted on the lingual arch wire to connect to an eruption element and applying a lingual eruption force. The pair of support wires extends backwards from both ends of the lingual arch wire to apply a lingual eruption reaction force to the lingual arch wire. The pair of support wires is movably inserted into a pair of wire supports provided for the lingual sides of both molar parts.
EFFECT: inventions enable avoiding an inward turn of the tooth when correcting the bimaxillary protrusion, as well as providing the non-surgical correction of an excessive protrusion by the fact that the eruption force is applied to an alveolar process.
