FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: fluid medium spray device (7) includes housing (2) and working element (3). Housing (2) includes at least one axial cavity (20) filled with fluid medium (1) under pressure. Cavity (20) opens to inner space (21) of housing (2). Working element (3) includes electroactive part (30), first (31) and second (32) front sides. First front side (31) is continued with penetrating element (33). Penetrating element (33) includes piston (330) entering cavity (20) and providing hydraulic connection between working element (3) and housing (2). Working element (3) is brought into vibration state with excitation device of electroactive part (30) with the specified τ period. Length (L) of penetrating element (33) has been chosen such that propagation time (T) of acoustic waves passing along that length (L) corresponds to the following equation: T=[2n+1]×[τ/4], where n is multiplier coefficient and represents a positive integer.
EFFECT: improvement of sealing of hydraulic connection between back-and-forth movement of piston and axial cavity.
