FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: evaluation device of protection against corrosion as per value of deflection from natural potential relates to monitoring system of efficiency of electrochemical protection of buried, semi-buried capacities into soil under concrete layer, as well as seal steel structures, which are under cathodic protection. Evaluation device of protection against corrosion as per values of deflection from natural potential includes dielectric housing filled with electrolyte, in which comparison electrode equipped with electric drive is arranged. Also, device includes potential sensor mounted in the housing of potential sensor and equipped with two electric wires lead out through the housing of potential sensor, the other potential sensor mounted into housing of potential sensor and equipped with one wire, and a tee-piece. At that, comparison electrode has plastic housing with holes made in it. Upper part of housing is closed with a plug; lower part is connected to a tee-piece; two housings of potential sensor, in which through capillary holes filled with electrolyte are made, are connected to the tee-piece. Potential sensors are located near capillary holes; contact places of wires from potential sensors in housings of potential sensors are filled with a sealant. Wires from potential sensors through housings of potential sensors, tee-piece and plug are lead out to the external side. Housing can be filled with thickened agar, microbiological KCl solution. Comparison electrode can be of silver-chloride type. Capillary holes can be filled with thickened agar, microbiological KCl solution.

EFFECT: improvement of measurement accuracy of natural and polarisation potential of steel structure, which allows monitoring the protection of steel structure against corrosion as per value of deflection of polarisation potential from natural potential.
