FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to confectionary products. The confectionary product with a filler in the centre contains a centre containing the centre composition and a shell containing the shell composition with total fat content less than or equal to 20 wt % of the total weight of the shell composition. The shell contacts and essentially encloses the centre while the centre composition contains a volumetric sweetener and a fat having a sliding melting-point equal to 10 - 18°C. The centre composition has Brookfield viscosity equal to 4000 - 12000 mPa per second, measured at a temperature of 40°C and 50 rpm using HA/HB spindle 5.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at production of a confectionary product with a shell and a centre filled with a filler containing liquid fat.
