FIELD: cattle breeding.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat treatment of mixed fodders in livestock complexes, inter-farm feed mills and feed mills. Production line for various types of mixed fodders includes receiving bunkers, heat exchangers, tanks, heaters, batchers, collecting conveyor, barothermic treatment reactor, thermal shutters for loading and unloading, press granulator, gasholder, cooler, thermal pipeline, steam pipe, cyclone with fan. Thermal shutter of the discharge of the barothermic treatment reactor is connected to a gas holder inside which there is a switchgear equipped with guide pipes with sluice gates. And the first directing branch pipe of the switchgear is connected with a press granulator at its input, made in the form of an extruder. Second directing branch pipe of the switchgear is connected to the expander at its inlet. Third directing branch pipe of the switchgear generates loose mixed fodders processed in the barothermic treatment reactor into the capacity of the finished product. At the output extruder and expander are connected via a thermal line to the heaters installed in the containers for fat, molasses and other additives. Third directing branch pipe of the switchgear by means of the gas holder and the steam pipe is communicated with heat exchangers installed in the receiving hoppers for soybean, rapeseed and grain.

EFFECT: use of invention will improve the quality of the feeds produced, and also reduce energy costs.
