FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to therapeutic exercises and sport, namely methods for health improvement in abdominal obesity. For this purpose, a patient with abdominal obesity makes a complex of exercises from aerobics and body-building systems combined with individual and group psychological correction. It is the patient's psychoemotional status that determines a number of sets, repeats, set intervals, and power demand. With underlying low psychoemotional status, the exercises are made with individual decrease of a number of sets by 1 set, a number of repeats by 1-3 repeats, by 1-3 kg of power demand for chest, belly, back and upper extremity muscles, by 5-10 kg of power demand for buttock and hip muscles and with individual increase of the set intervals of the planned daily complex of exercises by 30-120 seconds. With underlying high psychoemotional status during a training, the exercises are made with individual increase of a number of repeats by 1-3 repeats, by 1-3 kg of power demand for chest, belly, back and upper extremity muscles, by 5-20 kg of power demand for buttock and hip muscles and with individual decrease of the set intervals of the planned daily complex of exercises by 30-120 seconds.
EFFECT: method provides health improvement of the patients with abdominal obesity with the use of graduated physical load with considering the corrected psychoemotional status with proved correction of physical loads during each training.
