SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, specifically to therapeutic exercises and therapy, and can be used for patients with visceral adiposity. Physical exercises are performed. Physical exercises are matched with a certain breathing algorithm. Inlet part includes first 2 minutes breath rhythm breathe in-out 3:1, 4:1, 5:1, 6:1, 7:1, 8:1 and 6 minutes combined developing and joint exercises. In main part - isotonic training extremity muscles and joints, back, chest, upper limb girdle, dynamic and static exercises for neck muscles accompanied by respiratory rhythm breathe in-out 1:3. At final part - first 6 minutes exercises self-tension of neck muscles, back, extremity and last 3 minutes-breath rhythm of breath-in-out pause-pause - 4:2:4:2, 4:2:5:2, 4:2:6:2, 4:2:7:2, 4:2:8:2. Mandatory condition of respiratory rhythm is that during exhalation there is tightening of stomach in direction of diaphragm.

EFFECT: method provides reliable reduction of level of visceral fat and prevention of cardiovascular and metabolic risk in patients with visceral obesity due to matching physical exercises with a certain breathing algorithm.
