FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to roller imprinter with easy replacement of transfer roller and to method of making imprint-sheet. Roller imprinter transfers image from transfer roller surface onto blank sheet surface in rotation of transfer roller. Not here that roller imprinter comprises axial rotary shaft to carry transfer roller. Note also that shaft axis is not aligned with transfer roller rotational axis. Roller imprinter comprises: at least, two tension rollers to tension sheet, and, at least, three pressure rollers to compress sheet with transfer roller. Roller imprinter tensions sheet between multiple tension rollers to bring sheet in contact with transfer roller. In transfer of image on sheet surface, it contracts the sheet by transfer roller and pressure rollers to rotate transfer roller and clamp it by pressure rollers. Method of making imprint-sheet with image formed thereon includes using blank sheet, transfer roller with image formed on its surface, at least, two sheet tension rollers, and, at least, three pressure rollers to contact sheet with transfer roller. Note here that said method comprises the following stages: Tensioning the sheet between multiple tension rollers and bringing the sheet in contact with transfer roller. Then, the image is transferred on sheet surface on clamping and rotating transfer roller by pressure rollers at simultaneous compression of sheet between transfer roller and pressure rollers.

EFFECT: ruled out sheet twisting or crushing.
