FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of applying an electrical conductor to a solar cell. Method includes using a flexible membrane with a groove pattern made on the first surface of the membrane, and loading the grooves with a composition containing conductive particles, wherein the composition is electrically conductive or the composition can be electrically conductive. After loading the membrane, contact is provided between the grooved first surface of the membrane and the front and/or rear side of the solar cell. Then pressure is exerted on the section between the solar cell and the membrane, as a result of which the composition loaded into the grooves is attached to the solar cell. Further, the membrane and the solar cell are disconnected from each other, and the composition in the groove remains on the surface of the solar cell. Then, electroconductive particles in the composition are subjected to sintering or other fusion to form an electric conductor pattern on the solar cell, wherein the pattern corresponds to the pattern made in the membrane.
EFFECT: high efficiency of photovoltaic conversion of a solar cell made by means of a flexible membrane.
