FIELD: furnaces and ovens.
SUBSTANCE: oven includes a set of waffle irons standing on endless conveyor, each of which is installed in a row and moves successively through the zone of adding mass for baking into an open waffle iron, a zone of closing of waffle irons, a baking chamber, an area of opening of waffle irons and a zone of extraction of the baked product. At least one convection fan is provided, which enters the baking chamber at a distance from the exhauster, wherein the convection fan is an air blower, through which secondary air is introduced into the baking chamber in a closed circuit. Convection flow passes through the hole of the convective fan into the baking chamber, then into the area of the baking chamber, in which at least one heating device is provided, and then into the air tank. Convection flow in the baking chamber flows in the main direction of movement of the waffle irons and, in fact, horizontally, before the outlet from the exhauster. When viewed in the direction of waffle irons displacement, the exhauster enters the baking chamber at a distance from the back deflection point on the other side of the baking chamber and next to the head part.
