SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food and medical industry and may be used for production of a high-quality biologically active food additive applied for improvement of digestive tract work. The biologically active additive is represented by phyto tea mixture of milled medicinal plant raw materials which contains seven components: common fenugreek seeds, common St. John's wort herb, Saint-Mary-thistle fruits, common origanum herb, wild thyme herb, blackcurrant leaves, peppermint herb at a weight part ratio equal to 1:1:2:1:2:1:1 respectively.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce a new biologically active food additive that positively affects the total organism condition, simplifies the digestive process, normalises metabolism and is effective remedy to prevent digestive organs diseases development.
