SUBSTANCE: device with a handle is proposed, particularly a toothbrush (200) having an improved fixation of beams, and a bracket (100) for use in the device. The bracket has a geometric shape of the surface which provides a secure fixation and manufacture of cost-effective materials. In one version, the invention is a device comprising: a handle (220), a head (210) connected to the said handle and having at least one opening (215) passing in the head from the surface (211), and at least one cleaning element (50) placed in the opening, and brass bracket located in the opening, securing the cleaning element in the opening for the beam. The bracket has a longitudinal axis (A-A) and the first major surface (20), with in the first major surface a plurality of spaced grooves (30) are made, each of which extends along the rectilinear axis (B-B) from the lower edge (111) of the bracket to the upper edge (10) of the bracket, and the rectilinear axis intersects the longitudinal axis at an acute angle (θ) 40-70 degrees.

EFFECT: improved fixation of the beams.
