SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely the combined therapy of pancreatic cancer with the use of antigen peptides VEGFR2 inducing cytotoxic cells. There are also disclosed a method and an agent for potentiating a therapeutic effect of chemotherapeutic agents, such as gemcitabine, as well as the use for preparing the pharmaceutical composition for cancer therapy in a patient.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides intensified anticancer effect of gemcitabine.
