FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: method for production of proppant used for oil and gas extraction and consisting of ground aluminosilicate raw stock and binding agent includes stages of preliminary annealing of aluminosilicate raw stock, its grinding and granulating at entry of the binding agent to a mixer-granulator, drying of received granules, their screening and annealing, cooling of annealed granules and screening into marketable fractions; aluminosilicate raw stock is ground up to average size of 3-5 mcm, subjected to separation with selection of the fraction less than 1.0 mcm, at that fraction with size more than 1.0 mcm is used for granulation and fraction with size less than 1.0 mcm is used for producing the binding agent by its mixing with 3% water solution of organic binding of carboxymethyl cellulose or methyl cellulose or industrial lignin sulfonates. The proppant is characterized by pycnometric specific gravity of 2.5-2.9 g/cm3, sizes of 0.2-4.0 mm and is produced by the above method.
EFFECT: improved long-term permeability of wells at hydraulic fracturing and simplified production technology of proppant.
