FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to production of proppant, ceramic granules used in oil and gas production by hydraulic fracturing. The mixture for obtaining proppant in form of granules includes at least one aluminosilicate raw material heat-treated in advance at a temperature of 850-1450°C selected from the group: bauxites, kaolins, kyanites, andalusites, sillimanites, and a mineral additive heat-treated in advance at a temperature of 1350-1450°C in the following ratio of components, wt.%: aluminosilicate raw material 70.0-95.0; mineral additive 5.0-30.0. The mineral additive is at least one concentrate selected from the group: ilmenite concentrate, rutile-leucoxene concentrate, leucoxene concentrate. Ilmenite concentrate contains, wt.%: TiO2 54.0-60.0; Fe2O3 23.0-30.0; Cr2O3 3.0-5.0; SiO2 2.0-4.0; Al2O3 1.5-4.0; MgO-1.0-3.0; MnO 1.0-2.0; P2O5 0.2-0.5; relative change in mass upon ignition 0.1-0.3. Rutile-leucoxene concentrate contains, wt%: TiO2 65.0-73.0; Fe2O3 7.0-15.0; Cr2O3 2.0-6.0; SiO2 2.0-4.0; Al2O3 2.0-4.0; MgO 0.8-3.0; MnO 1.0-2.5; P2O5 0.5-1.5; relative change in mass upon ignition 0.5-1.5. Leucoxene concentrate contains, wt%: TiO2 45.0-65.0; Fe2O3 4.0-8.0; SiO2 25.0-30.0; Al2O3 4.0-8.0; MgO 0.1-0.5; relative change in mass upon ignition 0.3-0.6. The proppant is granules with a pycnometric density of 1.5-3.0 g/cm3 from the above mixture, fired at a temperature of 1100-1500°C, of at least one of the fractions, mcm: 1400-2000, 1000-1700, 850-1700, 850-1180, 600-1180, 425-850, 300-600, 212-425, 150-212 and less than 2000, at any mass ratio of the indicated fractions.

EFFECT: increase in the mechanical strength of the proppant, the expansion of the raw material base for the production of proppant.
