FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. The method envisages handling raw material represented by seal meat and/or by-products. The raw material is cut into 0.8-2.5 kg pieces. Heat treatment is performed by way of boiling in water at a ratio of the raw material to water equal to 0.8:1.5 - 1.0:4.5 with, at least, three-time draining of broth after each boiling instance with subsequent washing with cold water.
EFFECT: invention allows to use seal meat, heart and liver as raw material for semi-products manufacture.
