FIELD: medical technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical technology and is intended for training in performing a puncture of the stomach and anterior abdominal wall when applying a percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy. The simulator imitates the head and upper torso, including simulators of the mouth, pharynx, esophagus, stomach and abdominal wall. The simulator of the abdominal wall is made multi-layered, consisting of simulators of the peritoneum, muscle layer, skin, including layers of dermis and epidermis, between which artificial vessels are located. The stomach simulator is made in the form of a hollow organ, it will also contain artificial vessels located in the zones of small and large curvature of the stomach, and is made with the possibility of screening the stomach wall with an endoscope light guide inserted through the mouth and esophagus simulators to determine a section of the stomach wall that is safe for puncture.
EFFECT: providing training for safe puncture of the stomach and anterior abdominal wall when applying a percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy.
