FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to endoscopic surgery, gastroenterology. Under visual control, an ultrasonic or radiopaque balloon is delivered parallel to the endoscope into the stomach up to the antrum. Balloon is filled with sterile saline to expand the stomach walls. Endoscope is brought to the surface of the balloon, and the stomach is brought out below the costal arch by means of the pressure of the endoscope on the balloon. Percutaneous puncture is performed in the direction of the balloon. After puncture and visualization of the needle in the gastric lumen, the balloon is deflated and removed from the stomach.

EFFECT: method provides the possibility of gastric removal below the left costal arch with its subcostal location, increases efficiency of percutaneous puncture endoscopic gastrostomy.
