SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical technology and can be used to pass a gastrostomy tube through the stomach wall and the anterior abdominal wall when external gastric fistula is applied under the control of fibrogastroscopy. In the method, the device for passing the gastrostomy tube through the stomach wall and the anterior abdominal wall comprises a cone-shaped tip, an inner core in the form of a cylinder with a cap at one end and a hole for fixing the loop at the other end. Said core is made with the possibility of putting the gastrostomy tube on it from the side of the cap and pressing the gastrostomy tube with the cap to the inner walls of the tip, which is a hollow metal body and configured to withdraw a thread loop through its narrowed end.
EFFECT: use of the invention provides the opportunity to reduce the cost of the procedure and reduce the risk of postoperative complications.
