FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, in particular to pulmonology. Bronchodilation test with introduction of broncholytic or provoking test in form of physical exercise is carried out. For inhalation methacholine or histamine is used. Residual volume (RV) of lungs is measured before and after the test. Ratio of difference of RV parameters, obtained after and before impact, to RV parameter before impact is calculated in percent. If value of obtained index with application of broncholytic as influencing factor is negative, conclusion about improvement of bronchial conductivity is made, its absolute value is used to make conclusion about RBO degree. If value of calculated index in carrying out bronchoprovoking test is positive, conclusion about aggravation of bronchial conductivity is made, its absolute value is used to make conclusion about HBT degree.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase reliability of diagnostics, which is achieved due to application of parameter, which does not depend on subjective factor.
