SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for differential diagnosis of isolated cold and combined cold and osmotic airway hyperreactivity (HRH) in patients with mild and moderate bronchial asthma (BA). SOS25-75 is determined by spirometry, in% of the due value. The following three developed screening questionnaires are filled in: one for detection of sensitivity to cold Тsc, another for detection of sensitivity to high humidity Тhh; and the third for response to physical activity in winter and summer seasons Tpha. Each of the symptoms of the screening questionnaires is evaluated on a scoring system. Then the sum of points in each questionnaire is calculated separately. Further, differential diagnostics is carried out by comparing the value of the discriminant function D calculated using the discriminant equation D with the boundary value of the discriminant function equal to -14.06. When D is equal to or greater than the boundary value of the discriminant function, isolated cold GRDP is diagnosed in a patient with BA. When D is less than the boundary value of the discriminant function, the presence of combined cold and osmotic HRH in a patient with BA is diagnosed.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to carry out differential diagnostics of combined (cold and osmotic) or isolated cold HRH in a patient with BA in a polyclinic without the use of highly specialized equipment, which, in turn, makes it possible to determine further patient management tactics, optimize treatment in a timely manner by enhancing drug anti-inflammatory therapy patients with BA with combined hyperreactivity of the respiratory tract during the critical season of the year in terms of humidity.
