FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises dipping, at least, one anode and one cathode, one being electrically conducting, into electrolyte solution. Potential difference is applied in between said anode and cathode to deposit several metals to produce alloy on cathode. Said potential difference features magnitude that obeys preset law in time. Note here that the following stages are executed. Placing cathode in electrolyte solution and applying potential difference during the entire preparatory stage. Note here that preparatory stage is completed after reaching steady state whereat concentrations of ions of said metallic components do not vary in the solution. Withdrawing cathode from the solution and replacing it with a new one including conducting structure to be dipped in said solution. Applying second potential difference between new cathode and, at least, one anode that obeys second preset law to set second potential difference in time.
EFFECT: control over deposition without external control or adjustment.
