FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: proposed joint comprises intertrack-rail jumper arranged between rail butts and joint straps arranged on both sides to rails to be jointed and having through holes to receive fasteners to tighten straps together via rail neck, and inserts arranged between said straps and rail heads. Said inserts are compose of plates with holes, their position and sizes complying with those in joint straps. Said intertrack-rail jumper is made from laminar glass-reinforced resin with compression strength of, at least, 300 MPa. Shaped fillet is made on said jumper made from magnetodielectric elastomer with specific impedance making at least 10 MOhm and Shore hardness making, at least 85. Insert from magnetodielectric elastomer with above mentioned impedance with reduction caused by compression to 30% not exceeding 5.0-5.5 MOhm·cm, and Shore hardness not exceeding 5.0-6.6 mm, and larger diagonal of 90-98 mm.
EFFECT: reduced magnetic field intensity ruling out accumulation of metal particles.
