SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises, at least, two LVDT-type position transducers 3, 4. Said transducers comprise: transducer first element 20, 40 fixed to bearing platform 31 connected to piston 2, transducer second element 10, 130 fixed to cylinder 1. Said transducer first and second elements may translate relative to each other in axis parallel with that of cylinder 1. Transducer first element 20, 40 are fixed to the same platform 31 jointed with piston 2 by means of ball joint 50.

EFFECT: higher accuracy, decreased probability of damaging transducer.
