SUBSTANCE: accumulator battery element comprises an element that generates energy, an electrode connected with an element, which generates energy, and configured as capable of electric connection of the energy-generating element with the outer side, and the outer element configured as capable of covering the energy-generating element, besides, an electroconductive element in the proposed device is arranged in the form of a thin film connected with an insulating layer. The outer element includes an insulating layer and an electroconductive layer, and the electroconductive layer includes a section of connection, electrically connected with the outer side.
EFFECT: invention provides for reliable monitoring of an accumulator battery with device compactness and without increase of battery size with such a device, which is the technical result of the invention.
