SUBSTANCE: accumulator battery control device is featured by use of a charger to regulate capacitance of elements, which form a bipolar accumulator battery, and calculation of voltage increase value for the remaining elements, which are not discharged to regulate capacitance when one or more elements forming the bipolar accumulator battery are discharged to regulate capacitance in the accumulator battery control device battery, which controls voltage ore capacitance spread between the elements forming the bipolar accumulator battery and calculates total discharge value when charge is envisaged to regulate capacitance on the basis of calculation of voltage value increase.
EFFECT: improvement of the battery parameters by regulation of capacitance for the battery elements.
