FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of membranes and may be used in nanotechnologies for making various filters, templates for making membrane nanocatalysts, production of capillary pumps, etc. proposed method is implemented as follows. Processed aluminium specimen is subjected to primary anodising at 20-60 V, current density of 100-500 mA/cm2, temperature of 20-25°C for 5-10 min. Formed poorly ordered aluminium oxide layer is removed by applying short cathode voltage pulse of +(20-60) V to -(20-60)V and duration of at least 10 s. Thereafter, secondary anodising is carried out to make porous ordered-structure oxide layer of aluminium. Removing barrier layer, exposing pore bottom and separating formed ordered-structure membrane is carried out by applying short cathode voltage pulse of +(40-60) V to -(40-60)V and duration of at least 5-20 s.
EFFECT: simplified process, lower costs, decreased process cycle.
