SUBSTANCE: multimedia system to monitor and control power resources comprises a device of data collection and transfer and control, connected by means of a bidirectional communication channel of general access with unique identification addresses with the second input of each specialised counter-calculator of the consumed power, working stations on the basis of personal computers, a server, a computer-collector, a central dispatching and "n" structurally identical local information and measurement units of control, accounting and monitoring of power resources connected to a device of data collection and transfer and monitoring connected with a computer collector joined to working stations on the basis of personal computers, to the server and to the central dispatcher's. At the same time each local information-measurement unit of control, accounting and monitoring of power resources includes serially connected power electric circuit, specialised counter-calculator of consumed energy, a module of forced disconnection of energy supply, a consumer's load, and an information unit connected with the device of data collection and transfer and control and with a unit of switching of external devices and connected with a unit of display of information and with a panel of input-output. At the same time each output of each specialised counter-calculator of consumed energy is connected along a bidirectional communication channel of general access with unique identification addresses with the second input of the appropriate module of forced disconnection of power supply.
