FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method is implemented by means of a solution, in which RBS operate in pre-coding mode and in which repeaters measure reference signals of a downlink; pre-coding matrixes are chosen and selection index (i.e. PMI) is transmitted via feed-back to RBS similar to operation of UE. This allows RBS to detect the selection of UE repeater without introduction of any additional communication of an upperlink or interaction between UE and repeaters by means of comparison of an index from UE with indices from various repeaters.
EFFECT: possibility of simple combination of repeaters of activation, deactivation in radio access network and minimised signalling for selection of UE repeater.
