SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication engineering and is intended to receive a downlink control channel and more specifically to receive a plurality of resource elements groups (REG) included in a control channel (CCE) element. Invention discloses a method of receiving a downlink control channel on user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system, which includes steps of: receiving information on the size of the set REG and information on the size of the matrix for alternating a plurality of REG configuring at least one CCE by means of the higher layer; determining a matrix for alternating a plurality of REG based on information on the size of the matrix and information on the size of the set REG; alternating a plurality of REG assembled into one or more sets of REG, according to the size of the set REG, using a matrix; and receiving a downlink control channel based on a plurality of alternating REGs.

EFFECT: technical result is providing in system of next generation 5G high spectral efficiency, high peak data rate.
