FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the beverages preparation field. The device for food product preparation has an outer solid shell with an upper, a lower and side walls, a support frame carrying at least one matrix passing through the frame and having holes on opposite sides. Additionally, the device includes two puncheons placed on every side of the said matrix and turned to the said holes; the puncheons cross-section corresponds to the cross-section of the holes in the matrix; the puncheons are designed so that to enable movement along the common axis corresponding to the longitudinal axis of the matrix and determine, together with the matrix, the butt end and side walls respectively. Additionally, the device includes a filling device for filling the mould with the preset quantity of the food product in a liquid or a semi-liquid form. Additionally, the device contains a drive device (ensuring the said puncheons movement and imposing a longitudinally directed force to the said puncheons in case the said mould is filled with the food product and closed, ensuring compression of the product contained in the mould) and an ejecting device for removal of the moulded food product from the mould after its opening.
EFFECT: inventions group allows to manufacture a food product with a well-pronounced form of higher quality as compared to a product manufactured using Erikson rollers.
