FIELD: food products.
SUBSTANCE: confection contains filled chocolates that are interconnected with chocolate ties; chocolates are shaped as a cone frustum with the top as the larger base and the bottom as the smaller one with a ratio of D/d=1.05-1.80, where D and d are the respective diametres of the top and the bottom of the chocolate cover; the chocolate cover also has a ring collar along the edge of its top. The first option offers chocolates that are interconnected with chocolate ties into a straight-line unit where chocolates are spaced at a constant interval s along the axis of the unit. The second option offers chocolates interconnected with chocolate ties into a linear unit of two rows where chocolates are spaced at a constant interval s along the orthogonal axes of the unit. The third option has chocolates interconnected with chocolate ties into a matrix unit where chocolates are spaced at a constant interval s along the orthogonal axes of the unit. The interval s is equal to or larger than D and the thickness δ of chocolate ties is 2 to 10 mm. Chocolate ties are shaped as flat, horizontally oriented plates adjoining the ring collars of adjacent chocolates; the width c of the ties is 2 to 20 mm. Chocolate ties are also shaped as flat, vertically oriented chocolate plates adjoining the sides of adjacent chocolates; the height h of the ties satisfies a ratio of h≤H, where H is the height of a chocolate. Chocolates feature letters or decorative elements embossed on top. The invention makes it possible to produce a filled confection with unified structural elements of the said product.
EFFECT: more chocolates within the same product; better shape stability; simplified and automated production process; reduced package requirements.
