FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, in particular, to neonatology, and can find application in work of perinatal centers, departments for nursing premature newborns. Incubator for newborns with system of temperature and air humidity regulation contains system of automatic regulation of oxygen supply. System contains device of feedback, namely oxymeter, auxiliary device, which includes master control, amplifier and device of comparison. Regulator of oxygen supply is made in form of electromagnetic valve in composition of electromagnet of controlling part of valve and valve itself, whose input is connected with source of fresh oxygen - balloon, output being connected with incubator.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to realise automatic regulation of the level of saturation with oxygen of newborn's capillary blood.
