SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transportation and unloading thick rheological fluids and may be used, for example, for draining and filling of thick oil products, e.g. black oil, dead oil, etc. Proposed device comprises jigger connected with electrical generator arranged at drain tank with thick fluid and provided with drain tube made at its bottom. It comprises also acoustic radiator with generator connected to its input and two supports rigidly secured outside drain tank bottom part. Said acoustic radiator is rigidly secured via connection sleeve to drain tube while jigger is arranged between drain tank supports and rigidly jointed via said supports to drain tank bottom. Acoustic vibrations allow draining dark oil at 35°C at the same rate that is possible at 60°C (recommended M100 dark oil temperature in draining from railway barrels), that is, reducing draining temperature by 25°C.

EFFECT: decreased time of filing and draining.
