FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: during visual examination biopsy of ligature fistula is performed with further morphological analysis of biopsy material. Ploidy of fibroblast nuclei is determined. If values are≥2.9 c, low probability of recurrence development is predicted, if values are>2.2 and <2.9 c, high probability and with values ≤2.2 c, extremely high probability of recurrence development is predicted.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase objectivity of predicting development of ligature complications recurrences and ensures increased accuracy of obtained results.
