FIELD: testing equipment.

SUBSTANCE: bridge measuring device of bipole parameters includes in-series connected generator of pulses with variation of voltage during their duration as per exponential function law, bridge electric chain and zero indicator. Pulse generator includes power amplifier, synchronisation unit, shapers of linearly varying square and rectangular voltage pulses. Bridge chain includes two branches, to the first one of which a single capacitor and bipole with balancing elements are connected in series, and to the second one of which a single capacitor of the second arm of the ratio, as well as terminals for connection of a measuring object are connected. Bipole with balancing elements represents a series connection of capacitor, resistor and inductance coil. A new feature of bridge measuring device of bipole parameters is introduction of three additional capacitors to bridge chain, the first one of which is connected between the first output of pulse generator and common output of available capacitor and resistor of the first branch of the bridge, the second additional capacitor is connected between the first output of pulse generator and common output of available resistor and inductance coil of the first branch of the bridge, the third additional capacitor is connected between available resistor and grounded terminal for connection of bipole of the measuring object of the second branch of the bridge; electric chain is made of in-series connected inductance coil, resistor and the third additional capacitor in the second branch of the bridge and forms a bipole of the measuring object.

EFFECT: improving reliability of the bridge and reducing intensity of the bridge failures.
