FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: method contains the following: an available action is supplied to a system inlet, and measurements are carried out at the system outlet, besides, the range of monitored frequencies, in which a transfer function is determined, is broken into elements of resolution, the size of which is determined by the required accuracy of transfer function determination, an inlet action is generated with an available complex spectrum, including frequencies of the monitored range, all elements of resolution are put in compliance with time-dependent weight coefficients, measurement moments are set, and a weight matrix is generated from special combinations of amplification ratios for all elements of resolution in all specified moments of measurements, signal capacity is measured at specified time moments at the outlet of the analysed system, and a measurement vector is generated from measured values of capacity, a vector-matrix equation of measurements is made up, including a vector of measurements, a weight matrix and an auxiliary vector, the auxiliary vector estimate is determined from the equation of measurements, a matrix is built from components of the produced estimate of the auxiliary vector, on the basis of the first column of the matrix a transfer function is determined for the analysed system in a version digitised by elements of resolution in the form of a vector, an i component of which is equal to the estimate of the transfer function value in the i element of resolution.
EFFECT: reduced number of measured values and a simplified measuring device.
