FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed connector assembly contains an electric connector and a coupling. The electric connector comprises opposite first and second ends. The first end is arranged as capable of rotation relative to the second end and configured with the possibility to connect to the coupled connector. The second end is configured for the cable end sealing. The coupling is contoured over the first end so that the coupling is affixed at the first end, the coupling and the first end of the electric connector together rotating relative to the other d of the connector. Additionally, the coupling has an external grip surface.
EFFECT: creation of an improved connector with tight connection causing no signal attenuation.
