FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: continuous dispatching is used during detection of transition from a conversation condition into a silence condition. At the same time resources to be dedicated during the silence condition are dedicated selfishly for the silence period, and resources, which are dedicated to the mobile terminal during the voice stream, are released.
EFFECT: elimination of useless dedication of resources and higher throughput capacity of a communication system.
