FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: under local anesthesia and intravenous sedation, retreating to 1 cm distally from the projection of the crest of the ilium to the skin, make a cut of the skin. Layered subcutaneous fatty tissue, periosteum. The dissolver is stripped of the iliac crest. The donor graft is taken with a thin, wide, flat osteotome. Departing from the medial and lateral edge of the crest along the 1.5 mm, at an angle of 45° the horizontal notches are produced, which are then joined by two vertical incisions. The autograft is taken in the form of a triangular prism.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the pain syndrome, reduce the rehabilitation time in the postoperative period and accelerate the process of sampling the bone autograft.
