FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, in particular to dentistry, and is intended for application in prosthetics on dental implants. A two-part dental implant contains a distal partial rod or a distal part of the implant and a proximal upper partial rod or a proximal part of the implant, which in the connected to each other state are adjacent to each other in at least an indirect way, in the place of connection and have surfaces facing each other in the zone of connection. A sealing body is provided between the facing each other surfaces of the distal and proximal parts of the implant. The said sealing body has sealing surfaces facing the said surfaces, tightly fitting their facing each other surfaces in the condition, when both implant parts are finally connected. Between the distal and proximal parts of the implant provided are facing each other abutment surfaces, which in the final mounted implant rest against each other and restrict a degree of approximation of both facing each other surfaces of the implant parts, between which the sealing body is located, in such a way that the abutment surfaces set the shortest distance between both facing each other surfaces of the implant parts, which is overlapped by the sealing body. The facing each other surfaces pass across the longitudinal axis of the dental implant, the distal partial rod has a longitudinal hole open to the proximal end of the distal partial rod, with an internal wall, which has basic geometry with a round transverse section. V-shaped, open to the proximal end of the distal partial rod depressions are made in the internal wall. On its distal end the proximal upper partial rod has an external wall with basic geometry with a round transverse section, which enters the longitudinal hole of the distal partial rod; in the zone of its distal end external wall of the proximal upper partial rod has V-shaped projections, which are directed to the distal end of the proximal upper partial rod with their apexes, and are made compatible with the V-shaped depressions of the distal partial rod in such a way that, when the distal partial rod and the proximal upper partial rod are connected to each other, sections of lateral surfaces of the V-shaped depressions and V-shaped projections interact with each other with contact and form abutment surfaces facing each other and restricting the compression of the sealing .
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to provide the reliable connection of two parts of the implant with a possibility of their detachment and re-application, as well as their rigid fixation without clearance and without rotation around the axis.
