FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, specifically to dentistry, and can be used for dental implantation. A two-part dental implant comprises a distal portion (20) and a proximal portion (10) of the implant joined together and provided in a zone of jointing by facing surfaces with a sealing body provided in between. Seal faces of the sealing body closely fits to their facing surfaces when both portions of the implant (10, 20) are fully coupled. Between the distal portion (20) and proximal portion (10) of the implant, there are facing thrust faces which while being integrated in a finished assembled implant rest against each other and limits an approach degree of the facing portions (10, 20). The sealing body is arranged so that the thrust faces specify minimum spacing of both facing surfaces of the implant portions (10, 20) which is overlapped by the sealing body at least partially consisting of an elastic material. The sealing body is arranged in a radial free space between the surfaces of the distal portion (10) and proximal portion (20) of the implant; a radial dimension of the sealing exceeds a free space of the distal portion (20) and proximal portion (10) of the implant when fully joined together.
EFFECT: extended range of instrumentation of said application.
