SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to a carrier composition for delivery of nucleic acid containing siRNA, and of a carrier, as well as to a method for introducing it. The carrier for delivery of nucleic acid contains (A) diacylphosphatidylcholine, (B) at least one ingredient specified in a group consisting of cholesterol and cationic lipid with a cholesterol frame, and a (C) aliphatic primary amine.
EFFECT: declared composition is able to deliver nucleic acid into cells effectively; and also it has lower toxicity and high safety.
